About Our Client

We are working with one of the largest poultry growers and producers in the UK who supply a number of the UK retailers with top quality products reared by dedicated and caring professionals. We are looking to add to their Agricultural Team, with the appointment of Hatchery QA Manager.

About the Job

To support the Hatchery Managers in all aspects of Quality Assurance by maintaining and improving the standards of hatchability, chick quality, hygiene, biosecurity, chick welfare and overall hatchery performance

The Ideal Candidate

Ideally, you will have a degree in Food Science / Microbiology or Biology, with at least 3 years of experience working in technical / Quality role. Good experience and understanding of animal welfare. This role is a Monday - Friday position but flexibility is required as the site does work Saturdays.
