The business

Our client is a leading fresh produce business, and are looking to appoint an experienced QC Manager to manage and lead the QC team and to manage the day to day quality from suppliers to the customer.

The role

As QC Manager you will be a key player within the department, you will be responsible for the team and manage accordingly, responsible for all quality KPI's for the end customer, implementation and management of QA documentation system. Be involved with customers visits, suppliers, audits, surveyors etc.

The candidate

The ideal candidate will currently be doing a similar role within a fresh produce/food business. You will have experience of HACCP and good attention to detail are a must-have. Experience in managing a team. Exposure to major UK supermarkets. Good communicator, and be able to deal with customers/suppliers etc.
