We're on the search for an outstanding Quality Manager to lead our client's site in Peterborough towards achieving and surpassing the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact within a leading food manufacturing company.

Role Highlights:

• Strategic Leadership: Serve as the deputy to the Site Technical Manager and spearhead our Laboratory Department.
• Champion of Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to BRC standards, HACCP protocols, and customer specifications.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee laboratory operations, adeptly manage customer complaints, and tackle supplier issues with precision.
• Cultural Influence: Play a key role in moulding our Food Safety & Quality Culture, actively participate in product development projects, and lead compliance enhancement initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:

• Certifications: Must have HACCP Level 3 or above, and Level 4 in food safety.
• Experience: Extensive experience in quality or technical roles within the food manufacturing sector.
• Skills: A leader with a knack for strategic planning, problem-solving, and fostering strong internal and external relationships.
