For over 135 years, Wilkin & Sons has been producing world-class food from the village of Tiptree in Essex. Our Tiptree brand is recognised and loved across the UK and in more than 60 countries worldwide. Alongside our famous preserves, we proudly operate Coles Puddings, Thursday Cottage, and Tiptree Patisserie.

Now, we're looking for a Sales Director to join our leadership team and drive the next chapter of growth.

  • A strong track record in FMCG, ideally across both UK and international channels.
  • Experience managing major UK grocer relationships.

  • The ability to balance growth with brand integrity.
