Remote Site Maintenance Manager

Do you have experience maintaining an Agriculture Holding, Country Estate or similar? If so, I want to speak to you!

The reason being, is that we are currently working with a business that are a multiple award winning, luxury brand who are looking to develop their Estates and Facilities Team.

As a Remote Site Maintenance Manager you will work closely with the Facilities Manager and be responsible for the maintenance of all site facilities, vehicles, equipment and all remote site estate owned or leased buildings and external areas are maintained to the highest of standards.

Aside from any day-to-day maintenance you will also be responsible for scheduling and performing routine preventative maintenance, to ensure any potential problems are averted. You will ensure that all Health and Safety procedures are adhered to.

You will work across several sites in the South of England including Hampshire and Kent and so it is desirable that you have a full UK driving licence and are in possession of a car.

The successful individual will be someone that has the ability to work independently and proactively to solve problems on a daily basis. This position is a very hands on position and so experience operating a wide variety of equipment is essential and if you have experience maintaining an agriculture holding, country estate or similar.
