Surveyor Renewables & Telecoms | Full or Part Time | Scotland - WFH

We are excited to be working with an independent firm of surveyors with multiple offices around Scotland and Northern England. To meet the continued workload from the booming industry we are seeking a rural surveyor interested in renewables or telecoms from newly qualified to highly experienced.

About the Job

You will be working with energy and infrastructure department, specialising in renewables and telecoms. With a growing department there is the space for candidates from a range of backgrounds.

Advising clients on renewable energy development opportunities, telecommunications infrastructure agreements and electricity grid connections. Negotiating commercial terms for the granting of rights to renewables developers, telecoms and electricity network operators. Liaising with renewable developers to identify business opportunities for clients.

Those looking for a more senior role, the opportunity to manage graduates and budgets is also available in line with experience. Training will also be provided for those looking to progress in their career.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be newly MRICS qualified up to an experience rural surveyor and people manager.

A keen interest in the renewable and infrastructure sector as part of the working environment. This will be working for the landowners but experience from utilities background is equally desirable.
