This role, based out of the Inverness office could be exactly what you are looking for. The team undertake the management of Rural Estates and offer a range of professional rural advice to some of the most prestigious clients in the area.

The Role

You will act as a senior asset manager for estate management clients, reporting to and working closely with senior colleagues in the business. With support from the portfolio administration team and other colleagues, you will assist in the management of a diverse range of rural assets. Other responsibilities will include undertaking rent reviews, lease negotiations, resolving disputes, managing repair and maintenance.

You will help to ensure the achievement of key client deliverables, whilst adhering to internal and client process and compliance standards. A key responsibility will be seeking out opportunities that will lead to business growth.

The Ideal Candidate

You will be MRICS qualified - preferably Rural pathway with at least 2-3 years PQE. CAAV/SAAVA membership/qualification is an advantage but is not essential. You will have experience of delivering work across a range of projects. You are capable of building relationships with existing and new clients and generating new opportunities. You possess good time management skills and an ability to prioritise workloads in order to meet deadlines.

You have a confident manner with clients and the team and you have a flexible approach to work and hours undertaken.
