This is a brilliant opportunity to play a key role in one of the region's most respected rural agency teams. You'll support the delivery of high-quality agency services across Norfolk, working closely with experienced colleagues while developing your own client base and responsibilities. The role offers a great mix of hands-on agency work, client interaction, and the chance to help shape the future of the team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the marketing and sale of rural properties, including farms, estates, and land.
  • Creating engaging brochure content and online listings with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Managing compliance processes and ensuring accurate record-keeping using REAPIT (training provided).
  • Preparing pitch documents and reports, and helping to win new business.
  • Coordinating viewings, maintaining team diaries, and arranging travel where needed.
  • Designing and placing adverts in national and local publications.
  • Organising team events and supporting wider business development activities.

What we're looking for:

  • A motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for rural property.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience in rural agency or a related field is ideal, but not essential.
  • A proactive approach to learning and a willingness to take on responsibility.
  • If the role includes line management, experience in team leadership, recruitment, and performance management is a plus.

Where you'll be based:
You'll be based in the Norwich office, working across Norfolk and the wider eastern region.

About the team:
The Rural Agency team advises on the sale and purchase of farms, estates, and rural land across the UK. In the East, the team works closely with colleagues in land management, consultancy, food & farming, and energy, offering a truly joined-up service to clients.

Why join?
You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team that values fresh ideas and professional growth. Whether you're early in your career or looking to take the next step, this is a place where you can thrive and make a real impact in the rural property sector.
