Location: Bicester
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: Dependent on experience

The Role
As Seasonal Plant Supervisor, you'll help lead and motivate the team, maintain optimal stock levels, and ensure plants are cared for and presented to the highest standard. You'll work closely with the Manager to create eye-catching displays, refresh the offering seasonally, and provide customers with expert advice on plant care and garden planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Manager in leading, mentoring, and motivating the seasonal plant team.
- Maintain and refresh plant displays for maximum seasonal impact.
- Oversee stock levels and ensure consistent quality and availability.
- Sales analysis, reports, and action based on findings
- Provide knowledgeable, friendly advice to customers.
About You
- Strong knowledge of seasonal plants including annuals, perennials, and bedding plants.
- Retail experience, ideally in a garden centre or similar environment.
- Hands-on, proactive approach to daily operations and merchandising.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering great service.
