Shift Supervisor (Nights) | Food | Hertfordshire

Salary: £34k
Hours: Mon-Fri (10pm-6am)

You will have overall responsibility for the current night shift operation. It will be your responsibilty to ensure that meet all the planning needs/requirements and ensure products are successfully leaving the business to the highest quality and in the right timeframe.

Some of the main aspects will be to make sure that H&S is being adhered to, KPI's are being met and Food Safety standards/compliance maintained throughout. As per the days shift, you will work hard to help implement, and develop the CI activities across the business.

What do you need?

• Previous Shift Management experience within Food Manufacturing
• IOSH Managing Safely
• HACCP and Food Safety training (Level 3)
• A bigger picture mentality, understanding the wide goals and future prospects within the business
