Our client, a well-established Food manufacturing business based in Northamptonshire, who supply their high-quality product to the major UK Supermarkets. There BRC Grad AA*+ site is the 3rd largest manufacturer in their specialism in the UK.

About the Job

As Site Engineering Manager you will report directly in to the Site General Manager, oversees the busy Engineering department, Projects and Site Services. The position is responsible for the running of the day to day running of the department however needs to be balanced with driving improvement and reliability. You will be responsible for managing small and large Capital projects throughout the business, ensuring all work is conducted to legislation and regulation.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an established Senior Engineering Manager who has been responsible for large teams, in the Food Manufacturing industry or an aspiring Engineering Manager who, with drive and ambition would like to make that next step up. For forward-thinking, Continuous improvement driven individual would be a great advantage. The ability to mentor and develop a team of individuals is also sort after.
