We are currently recruiting for a large, very well-known, and established business that is a leading force within the agricultural sector.

About the Role

As Site Manager, you will be the Operational Lead on the site. You will oversee all aspects of product storage, processing, and quality aspects on site. Working closely with the Commercial team, you will work across departments to ensure that all product moves efficiently and effectively from door to customer.

The Ideal Candidate

Ideally, the individual for this role, will have experience within Agriculture and have a working knowledge of UFAS and TASCC. You will have a working knowledge of similar Grain store/Agricultural sites and understand the challenges and ways of working that can drive the business forward. A strong manager, you will have skills that will allow you to identify issues and provide solutions to overcome them.
