Stock & Order Coordinator
[Horticultural or Garden Centre Experience Required]

Your Role:
As the Stock & Order Coordinator, you'll play a key part in the day-to-day operations of the trade cash and carry plant area. This varied role involves coordinating stock for delivery and collection, supporting merchandising, and maintaining strong communication with both customers and colleagues. You'll work closely management to ensure the smooth running of the department.

You'll help manage plant selection (horticultural knowledge for identification is key), picking, and preparation - ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout. It's a practical, operations-focused position with plenty of customer interaction and opportunities to get involved across multiple areas of the business.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience at a supervisory or senior level within a garden centre or horticultural trade environment
• Strong plant knowledge and confident plant identification skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Comfortable with both operational and customer-facing responsibilities
• Great communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
