You'll oversee the full supply chain-from procurement to delivery-ensuring operations run
smoothly across farms and the packhouse. That means:

* Managing supplier relationships to secure the best materials at the right time.
* Overseeing logistics, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of fresh produce.
* Aligning workforce planning with demand, ensuring labour is allocated efficiently.

You'll be the key link between suppliers, customers, and the operational team, ensuring a
