About the Role

This role will give you a wide variety of experience across all levels of the operation.

You will lead a small team within the Production facility. Through motivational practises in a safe manner to achieve targets, Responsibilities could include the smooth and efficient organisation and running of day-to-day production; production team planning and attendance; recipe mixing; bottling; picking; despatching and accurate record-keeping of products to our retail, foodservice and wholesale customers. With this role, you will have the opportunity to support the production manager with all levels of Operational planning.

The Ideal Candidate

Ideally, you would have previous experience within Fresh produce, food production or FMCG environment and be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, whilst maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service. You will need to be Self-Motivated, Enthusiastic and driven. Within a family-owned business, you will need to be able to communicate effectively throughout the business and with Key Stakeholders.
