Our client is leading supplier of ornamental plants to the UK retailers and independent garden centres. They grow and supply a wide variety of quality plants, including shrubs, perennials, bedding and alpines. They have invested in their business and facilities to be able to produce the best quality products for their customers. The business and team is very focused on their customers and the quality of their products.

About the Job

Within in this role you will manage the QA team, provide technical information as and when required to customers, oversee all product specifications, sign off artwork, ensure all product traceability is in place and robust. You will responsible for internal and external audit programs.

The Ideal Candidate

You will be a technical / QA Manager within fresh produce or horticultural business. You will have a proven track record of driving quality standards forward and improving processes within a business. You will build good working relationships internal and external.
