Our client is a successful mail-order business, growing plants across 16 acres with a packhouse on site too. Do you have a genuine interest in growing plants and are looking for your first step to a successful career?

The role will involve learning how a nursery operates day-to-day. You will support in general plant care, learn about health and safety procedures and maintain cleanliness at all times. You will be involved in crop walking, where you will learn about pest and disease monitoring, irrigation and applying feed. As the role progresses you will support within more areas in the nursery.
