About our Client
This family-owned business has been established for over 40 years and is currently growing on over 40 acres. They sell in their own cash and carry to a variety of customers in the horticulture industry. Our client grows a variety of stock including perennials, shrubs and herbaceous.

About the Role
You will be joining a well-established growing team where you will be able to learn and develop. You will be responsible for potting, watering, feeding and other general plant husbandry tasks. You will be happy to assist in other departments at peak times, including supporting customers in the cash and carry and picking stock to fulfil customer orders. This role is very hands-on, and you must be happy to be working outdoors in all weather conditions.

The Ideal Candidate
You will have a qualification in horticulture and be looking for your first role within a commercial horticulture environment. You will be keen and enthusiastic, with a passion to develop. The ideal candidate will be confident in working outdoors and be happy to be working alone or as part of a team.
