About the Job

As a Transport Planner, you will be responsible for planning all transport resources, cost-effectively and to the highest quality expected by the customers. You will complete the day to day planning for the business while pursuing business leads and developing customer relations. You will also look after the drivers and ensure the management of P&L.

The Ideal Candidate

As Transport Planner, you will be tenacious, analytical and a strong problem solver. You will be responsible and accountable for large aspects of the business, more so than just planning. If you have previously held a position as Transport Manager, this may give you an insight into more of the responsibilities of this role. You will have a proven track record and a depth of experience in Transport.
