This Lincolnshire based houseplant grower has been expanding the plants that they offer to their leading supermarket and garden centre clients. Demand is increasing from their customers for an expanding, new and innovative range of plants, especially tropical. They are looking to grow and expand this department and are looking for a keen and driven grower / propagator who has a passion for plants and would like to be the right hand person in our clients expanding tropical propagation and growing department.

Ideally our client is seeking someone who has a passion for growing new and unusual commercially profitable tropical plants and is capable of developing their career within the business. The successful candidate will work closely with one of the owners to develop and expand and should have good commercial training and experience.
