About the Job
Reporting into the Warehouse Manager/Operations Manager you will be responsible for ensuring all customer orders are despatched on time, in full and in accordance with H&S procedures. You will supervise and lead the dock and picking team to ensure work is carried out efficiently and accurately with any potential issues highlighted to your manager and colleagues. You will responsible for KPI and Stock management.

The Ideal Candidate
You will be a flexible, adaptable and hardworking individual with excellent attention to detail. It is vital you have despatch and warehousing experience from the fresh produce or food industry, having held with Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Manager positions previously. It goes without saying you will have strong organisational skills with an innate ability to anticipate potential problems.
