​This year’sInstitute of Food Science and Technology (IFST) Spring Conference is addressing the topic of finding smarter ways to produce food and deliver solutions more efficiently, sustainably, healthily and with less risk. Using a professional online conferencing platform, a wide range of sessions will be delivered between 26th April and 7th May, offering something for everyone who is involved in food, science and technology.
