Jon is the Managing Director of Step Change Development, an independent consultancy focusing on organisational development across a wide range of sectors but with a particular focus on the food sector. He has been running this consultancy for more than 20 years. Until October 2022, Jon was also the Chief Executive of IFST, the professional body for scientists and technologists in the food sector. Jon is also Chair of SALSA, the supplier assurance scheme for small and micro food businesses.
Through his consultancy, Jon specialises in leadership competency and development and more broadly, career development. Jon has written and published three books on leadership, business coaching and on career development.
