After our best-ever year in 2023, hitting more records weeks, months and quarters, and adding to the ever-growing team - we left for our Christmas break as a team of 32.

MD, Richard celebrates 3 years with MorePeople, whilst Ben Woodward who works on our Garden Centre recruitment desk reaches his 2nd anniversary and Sandra, Max and Austin have all celebrated their first anniversary!
We’re proud to announce that Tom Edmondson-Matthews has been promoted to Associate Director after 7 and a half years at MorePeople recruiting for commercial roles across our sectors.
Team Manager, Lawrence Raynor, has stepped up to manage not only our Operations and Engineering teams but also our Rural Professionals team.

We further embraced our Stamford roots and have supported and sponsored both Stamford Football and Rugby Club. As a big employer in Stamford, and aspirations to be an even bigger employer throughout 2024, we wanted to do our bit and give something back to the local town and community.
I cannot think of a time when I have been more excited about a new year and all the plans and growth that we have lined up. 2023 saw us add significant numbers to all of our divisions and 2024 will be much the same, just bigger!”
