When we first introduced MorePeople Executive Development, we talked about our ambition to go beyond recruitment - to not just find great leaders, but to help them truly thrive once they’re in role.
Two months on, that ambition has become reality.
Our training arm is now up and running, and client programmes are already underway. The early energy has been brilliant - leaders and teams rolling up their sleeves, getting stuck in, and starting to see real shifts in how they communicate, align, and lead.
We’ll be sharing case studies and testimonials once those first programmes are complete (watch this space), but the feedback so far has been hugely encouraging. It’s rewarding to see ideas that started on a whiteboard now turning into impact for our clients.
