Lucy, our Divisional Manager for both the Home and Garden, and the Garden Centre Retail teams, joined MorePeople with 15 years of experience in recruitment. With a flair for commercial recruitment, Lucy works on all roles within this space, from Buying and Procurement to Marketing and Senior Appointments. In her spare time, Lucy loves to travel and get off the beaten track, exploring new countries and cultures. Highlights have included supporting local regeneration efforts in Belarus, kayaking in Bosnia and spending time living totally off grid with a tribe in the jungle in Borneo!

Rae has been part of the team for over 4 years, and in that time has been specialising in all commercial roles for the Home and Garden sector. Originally from New York, Rae relocated from the Big Apple to the UK and was taken by Stamford's ancient charm. Rae is an advocate for the industry, where she has delivered talks at key trade events on succession planning and talent retention.

Brian joined MorePeople back in 2022, and with his vast background in sales and account management, this industry experience placed him perfectly within the Home and Garden space. From graduate all the way through to director level, Brian supports in all commercial roles within this space.
