Brand new for 2026, MorePeople are delighted to be taking nominations for 'The MorePeople Award' as part of the BOA's Pre-Conference Dinner Awards Ceremony.
This brand-new award celebrates exceptional individuals who make outstanding contributions across the ornamental horticulture supply chain.
From production and supply, plants to pots, distribution to design and beyond, this award celebrates the people whose skill, dedication and passion help drive our industry forward.
Nominations will be reviewed by the MorePeople team, with the winner being selected by 7th January 2026. The award will be presented at the BOA's Pre-Conference Dinner on Tuesday 3rd February 2026, at Woodland Grange, Leamington Spa.

More about the BOA's Technical Conference
The British Ornamentals Association (BOA) is known for hosting the UK’s leading event dedicated to the future of ornamental horticulture. Uniting experts within the horticulture field, the 2026 conference will take place on Wednesday, 4th February 2026.

The conference is set to discover a broad range of topical issues with an impressive list of guest speakers. From Biologicals and plant health to cybersecurity and digital resilience, YPHA insights, to energy efficiency and sustainability, this event will be crucial for those operating within the ornamental horticulture sector.
Guest speakers include: Dr Minshad Ansari from Bionema Group, Eirinn Rusbridge from NFU Energy, Richard Hopkins from the West Sussex Growers’ Association, Shaun Herdsman from Accelobrand & Accelopack, Peter Marshall from Volta Exo Systems and Stefan Reiner from Selecta One.
