Which famous person would you love to meet? Jake Gyllenhaal - incredible actor, seems to be equal parts odd, talented, kind and funny
Favourite drink? I absolutely love an espresso martini
Best holiday destination so far? Rome. The food, culture, pace of life, coffee, wine, LOVE IT
What are you currently reading? The New One: Painfully True Stories From a Reluctant Dad by Mike Birbiglia - a comedian's narrative on family, children, the love of home and his couch

If you weren’t in recruitment, what would you be? Somewhere in sales/partnerships or maybe running my own business
If you had to watch only one TV show/film over and over forever, which one would it be? Penguins of Madagascar - I already watch this twice a week with our four year old.
What’s your biggest claim to fame? I played badminton at the Millennium Youth Games, does that count? Otherwise, I met Rio Ferdinand in a club in Leeds.

What three things are you taking to a deserted island? Can I take Jem, my wife? Unlimited pizza and something practical...a water filter
Do you have any phobias? Sharks. If I'm in water, even a swimming pool, I've always had an irrational fear that sharks will be in there
Where are you next going on holiday? Spain in the summer with our family of six
What’s your least favourite household chore? Ironing, so many creases, so boring
