Our Approach
We’ve built a strong relationship with British Garden Centres over the years, gaining a real understanding of their values, vision and the high standards they set across their growing sites. Because we specialise in horticulture recruitment, when Scott approached us to support their new nursery appointments, we already had a solid idea of the kind of individual who would fit in there. I was able to use our existing network and quickly pull together a shortlist of candidates.
