Women in Food & Farming goes virtual! We've teamed up with Beanstalk.Global for a series of online networking events with the third one taking place on Tuesday 5th January at 5:30pm.

We will be hearing from Jane Craigie, a Chartered Marketer with over 25 years' experience in marketing in the agri-food sector. Jane will be talking about the Rural Youth Project that she is involved in - this is an international grassroots movement for positive change to empower young people (18 to 28 years of age) to develop their leadership, enterprise & activism skills, to play an integral part in making rural places attractive and viable for young people to build their lives and their futures there. Ultimately the project wants to better understand young rural people, inter-generational links and to stem the outflow of vibrant young people from rural places. The session with Jane seeks to understand how our rural Gen Zs and millennials are feeling post Covid. What keeps them living rurally, where their challenges lie and what can be done to support them and to keep them driving rural communities forward. This promises to be very interesting discussion and will be followed by breakout groups for members to catch up and share experiences.
