About Our Client

• Our client has over 35 years experience in field trials - one of the oldest and most experienced contract field trials companies in the UK.
• They actively work towards positive change in commercial farming and are always trialling innovative and exciting new methods for commercial growing.
• Due to continued growth, they are looking for an Assistant Trials Officer to join the team.

About the Role

• In this role, you will be working on research projects and field trials relating to all aspects of crop research.
• This role will have a hands-on element, including trial preparation, applying inputs in the field and continuous monitoring of these trials.
• You will then be involved in the harvesting of these trials and the data analysis, report writing and feeding back to the wider business.

The Ideal Candidate

• You will have a qualification in a relevant subject and experience in using agricultural machinery.
• PA1 and PA6 are essential!
• A driving licence is essential, as this role will involve travel to trial sites around Wiltshire.
