About Our Client
Our client offers a range of software products that add value to their clients. They serve a variety of customers, including independent farms, larger estates, rural professionals and property management businesses. They are an innovative business who have been at the forefront of agribusiness IT tech and systems for over 30 years. They have taken their products to the rural business sector to help transform the way that businesses utilise their data and streamline their accounting processes. The products that our client offer is agri business-specific and friendly to those that would rather spend their time out in the fields than in an office.

About the Role
This role is all about developing and delivering new business. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to land new business and approach new clients. You will have a track record of hitting sales targets and be motivated by making a sale. However, you will still do right by your clients and ensure that all products that are sold to them are right for their needs. You will, therefore, be able to take a very consultative approach to selling with agriculture-based customers.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for this role will have an agri background or ties to the sector and will have proven experience in a sales and business development role. You will need to be able to communicate effectively with farmers and agribusiness professionals. Some credibility in this sector is therefore essential. You will be driven and self-motivated as this role will be field-based and working remotely as part of the wider team.

Minimum Requirements
Due to the niche nature of this role, to be considered you will need to have credibility and connections to the agriculture sector as well as a proven track record of delivering sales and new business.

Salary
Competitive basic + commission and package

Geography
This role will cover the following areas, being based centrally within this area would be considered an advantage: Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Wiltshire and Northamptonshire
