CFO/COO | Lincolnshire

We're working on a fantastic opportunity to join a great forward thinking, innovative business specialising in the bioscience industry.

The Chief Financial Officer is responsible to provide strategic leadership and effective coordination in all financial and accounting functions to ensure all financial and fiscal management aspects of the company is in line with achievement of business objectives and set goals. The role will require someone with proven experience at CFO and/or COO level within a similar industry.

This is an ideal role for an individual who thrives in being involved in both commercial and financial operations. As well as being a decision maker at a strategic level, you will take a 'hands on' approach to your work, ensuring the successful running of the finance function and that end-to-end business processes are efficient. It is essential that you have previous private equity (PE) experience for this position.

Having experience at CFO or Financial Director level previously, you will be an excellent communicator who is confident in advising stakeholders from a 'non-finance' background. In addition to this you will have an appreciation and an understanding of the fast-moving nature of the sector.
