This thriving family-owned farming business specializing in the art of growing succulent berries are on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join their team as a Commercial Sales Executive.

At the heart of this company's operation is a commitment to delivering the freshest and most delicious berries to their customers. With a network of 15 Farm Shops, the company take pride in being more than just a business - they are a family dedicated to providing wholesome goodness to their communities.

As the Commercial Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of the Farm Shop business. You will be managing a direct supply chain, developing and maintaining relationships with retail partners, supermarkets, and distributors. Proactively seeking opportunities to enhance product ranges and driving increased sales to existing Farm Shop customers. You will also lead the charge in developing unique and premium products for the Farm Shop ranges, consistently exploring opportunities for expansion.

What do you need?

You'll ideally be an enthusiastic individual ready to dive into the world of fresh produce sales with strong communication and interpersonal skills and a passion for creating delightful customer experiences. For this role a background in commercial or sales is beneficial, as well as experience within fresh produce or farming BUT a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic team is key!
