Continuous Improvement Manager | Food | Spalding

Salary: £competitive base salary

Are you a qualified Continous Improvement professional, with experience within Food Manufacturing? Yes.....then we want to hear from you, as I have the next interesting opportunity.

Now I can't advertise the salary, but I hope you believe me when I say, that the base salary is very competitive to the current market value for this type of role. Other areas of the business and role that are interesting, is that the company I am recruitinf for, are going through some very exciting changes, with lots of projects and business change happening. Which ultimatley you will be at the forefront of.

The company are well represented and present high quality products to both the retailers and also other food manufacturers acorss this space, so I have no doubt, this company will have plenty to keep you busy with.

About the role

Within this role, you will be championing both the company culture, values and best practices, liaising directy with senior management to enusre the agreed savings, targets and budgets are being adhered to and maximised. As any good CI Manager, you will constantly be looking for proactive ways to better what the business are doing and make sure it is moving in the right direction, when it comes to labour requirements and wasteage.

What do you need?

  • CI Black Belt or Long standing CI Management experience
  • Knowledge and experience of Food Manufacturing or Fresh Produce
  • Project Management experience would be great, but definitely not essential.
  • An ability to influence and communicate across all levels. Ulitmatley the best way to get engagement and change is to get the buy in of all.
