A well‑established business is looking for an experienced and energetic Warehouse Despatch Manager to lead operations at its busy Paignton site. The Role

• Leading day‑to‑day despatch operations to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time
• Managing and developing warehouse teams across multiple functions.
• Overseeing goods‑out processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent customer service
• Maintaining stock integrity through effective systems use and regular checks
• Driving continuous improvement across workflow, productivity, and safety
• Working closely with production, customer service, and the wider logistics teams to keep operations running smoothly

About You

• Proven experience in warehouse or despatch management, ideally within FMCG, Food/Fresh Produce, or high‑volume fulfilment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support teams.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities
• Confidence using warehouse systems and working with performance data
• A background in Continuous Improvement projects would be ideal.
• A solid understanding of health & safety standards and best practice
