What can I expect?

A role that requires the ability to foster great relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders. Providing ket stakeholders with visibility of the short and medium term supply situation as well as tracking and improving on historical performance.

You will take the lead in developing customer facing supply chain strategy, establishing collaborative forecasting processes and building relationships with key customers.

Ideal Candidate:

* Proven experience of demand planning (minimum 3 years).
* Industry experience in an FMCG/Retail environment/Food environment, Customer supply and chain operations.
* Experience of managing an operational end to end supply chain.
* Process driven with evidence of change management and continual improvement.
* Ability to build and maintain customer relationships and ensure customer stays at the heart of our business.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise across multiple departments, customers, and key stakeholders.
* Excellent people management skills.
* Self-motivating with an eye for detail and accuracy and be able to work to deadlines.
* Problem solver, analytical thinker.
* Able to articulate the case and engage people to support to achieve the goal.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft packages, especially Excel and Power Point.
* Clean UK/EU Driving Licence
* Flexible with working hours to meet the demands of the company.
