About the Role
As Deputy Garden Centre Manager, you'll be instrumental in supporting the day-to-day running of the centre. Working alongside the Garden Centre Manager, you'll help lead the team to deliver outstanding service, ensure high retail standards, and support the achievement of commercial targets.
What We're Looking For
Previous management experience in retail-ideally in garden centres or similar sectors
Confident leadership with the ability to motivate and guide a team
Strong customer service ethos and hands-on approach
Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
A genuine passion for plants and the gardening industry
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
A commercially minded approach to increasing sales and enhancing profitability
