Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Directors.
- Communication: Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Meeting Coordination: Organise and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of various projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Office Management: Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and general office operations.
- Event Planning: Coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Document Management: Prepare, review, and manage documents and reports.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with project management and recruitment CRM softwares and systems is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organisation: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive and resourceful with a strong ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
- Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
