Want to shape the future of a thriving fresh produce operation?
Looking for a role with real autonomy, investment, and forward momentum?
This is your chance to join a respected and growing farming business that's focused on premium quality, operational excellence, and long-term development.
Tell Me More:
You'll be stepping into a key leadership role within a business that manages over 145 hectares of high-quality cropping land, supplying the UK's most recognised retailers with leafy salads, herbs, and more.
With strong values around sustainability, innovation, and continuous improvement, this business is looking for someone to help lead its next phase of growth.
What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the farm operations - leading the team, overseeing crop performance, and ensuring all areas of compliance, health & safety, and quality are maintained to the highest standards.
Manage a seasonal and permanent workforce to deliver on planting, growing, and harvesting targets.
Coordinate agronomic decisions and work closely with external advisors to maintain optimal crop health.
Develop and implement operational systems that support traceability, audits, and continual improvement.
Collaborate across departments to align growing activities with packing, commercial, and technical teams.
About You:
Practical crop-growing experience with a strong understanding of modern farming practices.
BASIS/FACTS qualifications are ideal but not essential if you bring hands-on expertise.
Naturally organised with a head for systems, planning, and compliance.
Skilled in leading and developing teams in a fast-paced seasonal environment.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and driven to deliver consistently high standards.
