Our client is an innovative, complete-solution horticultural engineering company. With a fine pedigree and a fantastic team of industry experts, they work with a variety of industry-leading partners, designing and constructing state-of-the-art glasshouses. The business has grown from strength to strength and experienced a record-breaking 2020.

About the Role

In this role, you will be supporting the design of commercial glasshouse projects across the UK. Your past glasshouse knowledge will put you in a position to understand clients' needs and be able to consult and advise accordingly. Using your professional wisdom, you will be able to support in creating the most state-of-the-art facility, focussing on balancing cost and yield potential. You will help to design and plan out installations ensuring that the best solution is cost-effective.

The Ideal Candidate

This fantastic opportunity is suited to a self-motivated individual with a passion for horticulture. You will have some form of experience in glasshouses and be looking for a role that will invest in your knowledge and development. Communication skills are key, as you will be required to work closely with project managers and clients. This role will see you travelling and consulting across the UK, so flexibility to travel is essential.

This role comes with a fantastic work/life balance. We are looking to speak to candidates are all levels within horticulture as there is a strong training scheme in place for the right person.
