About our Client
This family-owned business has been established for over 40 years and is currently growing on over 40 acres. They sell in their own cash and carry to a variety of customers in the horticulture industry. Our client grows a variety of stock including perennials, shrubs and herbaceous and are looking for a grower to support their operation.

About the Role
You will be working efficiently as part of the nursery team to ensure all plants are grown to the highest possible standards. Irrigation, pest and disease monitoring, feeding, and potting will all fall into your remit. You will be passionate about the industry and about growing top-quality crops. At peak times, you will be happy to assist in other departments, including supporting customers in the cash and carry and picking stock to fulfil customer orders.

The Ideal Candidate
You will have worked within a commercial horticulture environment and be confident in growing a variety of crops. You will have experience with horticultural software and be confident in record keeping. Ideally, you will hold your PA1 and PA2. You will be comfortable with working in all weather conditions and be passionate about producing the best quality stock.
