We are thrilled to be working with a forward-thinking salad grower as they look to expand their team.

About our Client

Established for over 20 years, this family-run business is an expert grower of cucumber, peppers, and aubergines over 16 acres of glasshouse. They focus on environmentally friendly growing methods and use biological controls where possible. Due to continued growth, we are looking to source a Grower Manager to join the team.

About the Role

Working closely with the growing director, you will be responsible for all aspects of growing high-quality crops. You will be regularly crop walking, monitoring for pests and diseases and managing the heat and irrigation within the glasshouse. People management plays a big part in this role, and you will be running a large team daily, making sure they remain motivated.

The Ideal Candidate

If you have experience working in a commercial glasshouse environment, we want to hear from you! You will have experience in running a large team and understand the pressures of a commercial horticulture environment. Your drive and passion for the industry will be evident, and for the right person, there is real potential to develop your career.
