Feeling stuck in your current role?

Ready to step into something with more scope, more challenge, and more opportunity to shine?

Here's your chance to join one of the UK's largest and most respected ornamental growers - and grow your own career while you're at it.

The Business

This is a well-established horticultural business with multiple sites across the country.

Known for quality, innovation and scale, they supply an impressive range of ornamental crops year-round.

They've recently expanded again, investing in new infrastructure - and now they're on the lookout for a Grower Supervisor to help lead the charge.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days will be the same - but here's the core of the role:

  • You'll work closely with the Nursery Manager on all aspects of crop production, from transplanting to dispatch.
  • You'll oversee growing tasks like irrigation, pest and disease management, crop protection and quality control.
  • You'll play a key role in new product development - perfect for someone who likes to test new ideas and be part of pushing the business forward.
  • You'll ensure the growing team are working safely and efficiently, delivering crops to agreed specs and timelines.
  • You'll also be involved in managing environmental controls and maintaining accurate growing records.

What You'll Need

  • Experience in a commercial nursery environment - ideally in ornamental plants.
  • Your PA1 and PA6, as well as a good understanding of crop production methods - irrigation, transplanting, spacing, pest control.
  • Confidence with computers - most systems here are automated or digitally managed.

What's On Offer

  • Full-time, permanent role.
  • A chance to be part of a high-performing team at the forefront of ornamental horticulture.
  • Genuine development opportunities - this is a business that invests in people and likes to promote from within.
  • The satisfaction of working with beautiful plants and seeing your hard work come to life (literally).
