About our Client

Our client is one of the countries leading plant developers. The work on a site over 40 acres, with state-of-the-art glasshouses, and production and despatch facilities. They are known for growing high-quality plug plants to supply growers all year round. Due to continued growth, they are looking for passionate growers to join their team.

About the Role

In this role, you will be working closely with the production team to focus on growing high-quality plants throughout the year. You will be crop walking, monitoring for pests and diseases and acting accordingly. There will be regular opportunities to train, develop and expand your knowledge.

The Ideal Candidate

This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for horticulture and is looking for the opportunity to further develop their career. They have a fantastic facility with great training resources in place. Ideally, you will have studied horticulture in some form and have had some exposure to growing on a commercial scale.
