We are working with a successful commercial grower that is looking for a Growing Manager to join their team, due to continued expansion.

About Our Client

Our client is currently growing in glasshouses, polytunnels and outside, they grow a variety of plants. Supplying their own mail-order business, they also have a packhouse on site. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Growing Manager to join their team.

About The Job

The role will involve overseeing the growing operation across two sites. You will be responsible for ensuring the team remain motivated and are working efficiently. As Growing Manager, you will support the operational side of the business, looking at quality control, despatch, and logistics. You will play a vital part in the senior management team.

The Ideal Candidate

You will have previous experience in a commercial nursery environment and be confident in managing a team of people. You will be looking for a role where you will oversee the growing process from start to finish and support the business in implanting changes.
