About Our Client

A well-established Food Manufacturing business, that has been a well-respected name within the sector. Having grown from a family-owned business, they work tirelessly to ensure service is fulfilled and their long-standing (and new) customers are supplied with the highest quality products.

About the Role

As mentioned at the top, as Head of Operations, you will report to the Operations Director, overseeing all operational aspects of the business. Ultimately, this will be working at a strategic level, looking at efficiencies and productivity, and ensuring the highest yield is produced, cost-effectively. You will ultimately be overseeing Production and Engineering aspects, ensuring Safety, Quality, Service & Productivity are maintained throughout.

The Ideal Candidate

An accomplished Head of Operations or General Manager, who has experience in Food Production would be ideal. With having oversight of multiple departments, understanding HACCP, Supply Chain, as well as the Operational aspect of business, is important. With regards to hands-on capability, you must be able to help implement change and drive performance across the departments, driving standards, and improvements.
