As the Hygiene Team Leader, you'll oversee night hygiene operations, ensuring top-notch cleanliness and compliance. Collaborate with the team and maintaining a strong work ethic.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Deliver comprehensive training to night hygiene operatives as needed.
• Cultivate and strengthen a robust work ethic within the team.

• Ensure consistent adherence to the highest hygiene standards mandated by legislation and food safety certification bodies.
• Monitor, correct, and report any deviations from hygiene requirements.

• Support the daily handover of production facilities.
• Oversee and ensure completion of all cleaning functions and frequencies, maintaining accurate records.

• Actively contribute to cleaning validations as required by the business.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in food safety within the department.
• Collate and submit daily hygiene operational performances to the hygiene manager.
