What you'll be doing:

  • Providing expert land and property advice to clients across a range of utility and infrastructure projects.

  • Managing tasks and schemes to a high standard, using your initiative to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.

  • Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, landowners, and occupiers.

  • Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues and potentially developing your own line management skills.

  • Sharing your knowledge across the wider team and continuing your own professional development.

  • Getting involved in company initiatives, events, and social activities-bringing a positive, can-do attitude to the workplace.

  • MRICS or AssocRICS qualified.

  • A full UK driving licence.

  • Experience leading projects or teams.
