About our Client:
Our client is a leading supplier of a variety of food products with a great reputation for quality and working collaboratively with their customers. They operate in a very fast paced arena and work closely with one another to ensure orders get to customers in full and on time. They serve chefs and restaurants on a daily basis and thousands of consumers eat their products. They have strong ties to the food scene in London (although they have a national reach) and pride themselves in serving some of the best restaurants in the country.
About the Job:
In this role you will cover a variety of responsibilities and play a key part in driving internal comms and social media campaigns. You will be able to create and deliver a social media plan with a consistent voice to deliver improved communication within the business and for external talent acquisition. You will understand the impact that communication has on the internal team and ensure that all communication going out is on point and in the correct voice for the business. You will help drive employee engagement and talent acquisition and get involved in the recruitment process for the business.
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and delivering multi-platform social media campaigns to deliver consistent brand communications. You will ideally have marketing and talent acquisition experience or an interest in learning more about each sector. You will be a self starter and be able to hit the ground running. You will have experience in relevant software for social media planning (such as Hootsuite) or talent acquisition and be able to pick things up quickly.
To be considered for this role, you will need experience in a social media marketing / communications role or a talent acquisition role that has utilised social media (or at the very least, be social media savvy). You will need to be a great communicator and be able to create fun and engaging content. You will also need to be self sufficient and a strong team player.
Circa £30k - £35k + benefits
